Press- Are you hard-pressed? Part 1

There are many situation in life that may pressure you... The pressing issue is how you handle stress when you are in the midst of it.
Lessons to be learnt:1. What are the effects when you're pressed.
Consider the outcomes of such situation. Will it do you good ultimately?
James 1:2-4
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptation. Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 2. What are your response when you are pressed?
reflect upon how you manage stress in the past. Did you handle it well, or did you just succumb to the pressure and let it overcome you?

And he (Jesus) said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.Knowing that God is your refuge and your help in times of need, tell yourself that nothing is impossible. Find Rest in Him because everything is safe in His arms.
