D-Day - 6

We are all preparing for the extended P&W in the midst of our hectic schedule.On sunday, i did a very selfish thing. I compared our cell with Bel's cell. Granted that they just merged and are naturally reserved, your natural smiles and countless inside jokes made me very proud of you all. Its strange to see how close you are today. Even Mei Ling commented that you kids are like a knitted family. sure,there are a little strife and arguments here and there, but ultimately we are bonded by love purely inspired by our Lord Jesus Christ. I guess that's why when we seek God together, it becomes a very precious thing.
Naturally i want you all to prep for the extended P&W. but I REALLY HOPE THE GIRLS WILL STUDY EVEN MORE. so girls, PLEASE.. 2 more weeks to the battle.. must make it count.. Sunday is for you to rest in worship..
Serene ah.. thursday retreat again.. mon to weds, cannot waste..
in the light of our sunday event, there are a few things we can do that i believe will heighten the atmosphere for that day's pursuit.
We talked about forgiveness on sunday..? anyway, you all donno my temper..quite short..beside's David, i managed to piss someone else off..Here's proof.
EMAIL I SENTyo Boss, had the chance to read Deu 8 again when i reached home, the portion that you said, that during our stress times, we get to see how we truly are. It's easy to be a Christian on sunny days, but during the rainy days, ahh tt's the time we got to be wary. this lesson kinda sticks to me..And i guess i failed miserably during my own rainy days. i was unhappy with how things changed and when i am tired i will get very unfriendly and uncooperative. I got to reflect on that as you were sharing on Deu 8. I'm really sorry for the times i threw all those nonsense at you. You were indeed gracious and saw me thru it. esp those days where i just MIA for cell. Frankly speaking, if i were to have a bad day again, i really donno if i have the strength to put on smiles and dont dampen other people's moods. But now that i am clearly aware of this, i will surely pray for the Spirit of Joy to surround me during those rainy days, and not run away from my duties. Anycase, gooood nite, see you on fridayy..END OF EMAILYou all can guess who received it lah.. She cried when she read it.. I was so relieved when she said it was ok..
SOO..TASK 1.Forgive/seek forgiveness/encourage/talk to someone you dont like or such. A short sms, A typed out email. A phone call. Your choice. If you managed to do so, good for you. if not, take your time then..! Painful thing to do by the way. loving God is painful. Doing the right thing is very painful.Worth it though.
Lastly, Love you kids a lot.. take good care in the week, drink more water..My dear Girls, do not forsake the Faith He has placed in Your Heart. I know it's hard, i have been through it. it sucks, but stick to your schedule. fight it out, you girls are strong. I believe with all my heart that you will perform much better than i did.
